DEC 2008 - In the Spirit of the Season – LJF Associates Donates $1,000 to Humane Society of Montgomery County In the spirit of giving this holiday season , LJF Associates donated $1,000 to the Humane Society of Montgomery County. Employees at LJF Associates were each given $250 to donate to a charity of their choice. Four of the employees wanted to give their donation to the Humane Society. "With the current economy, we know that many non-profit organizations are in great need of help," said Linda Freede, president and owner of LJF Associates, Inc. "We thought instead of spending the money on cards and gifts, we would donate the money in honor of our clients. Several of our employees have adopted animals from the Humane Society so it was the perfect opportunity for them to give back." LJF Associates also donated money to support Interfaith of The Woodlands Senior Gift Drive. Founded in 1989 by Linda Freede, areas of expertise provided by LJF Associates include public relations, graphic design, media planning, web page development, corporate branding and corporate specialty logo products. Promotional services are donated by the agency team to The Woodlands Celebrity Golf Classic, benefiting Montgomery County Youth Services; the Run Thru The Woods, which benefits many childrens charities including the South Montgomery County YMCA; and the Cure PH Golf Tournament benefiting the Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
